Become a licensee

The REELEX trademark agreement makes your private label a REELEX licensee and includes multiple benefits, including packaging design assistance, marketing support, and more.

In order to be fair to all parties, adding a Private Label to the licensee list would require the company itself to become a licensee. By having signed a separate license agreement with REELEX, the Private Label is legally be identified as a licensee of REELEX’s trademarks (the OEM is already using REELEX technology via suppliers).

Commit to authenticity

This agreement allows well-known Private Labels to become genuine REELEX trademark licensees in exchange for committing to using only genuine REELEX licensees as suppliers.

Besides ensuring that the packaging is genuine REELEX and is not under threat of patent infringement, this agreement allows REELEX to confirm that a Private Label is lawfully using REELEX patents while helping promote their brand.
