Cross Winding Technology

REELEX’s experience in precision winding has allowed us to develop a variety of high-density, multi-layer winding methods resulting in extremely dense, self-contained coils. This technology allows the user to specify the number of crossovers and produces a coil which does not require flanges.

Particularly useful for small-diameter products such as fiber optic or other small filaments, REELEX’s expertise in precision winding allows figure-eight coiling technology to be used for a variety of specialty applications.
