The S320e allows the user to make reels, spools, REELEX, or linear coils all on one
machine via a programmable variable traverse. Bolt-on custom shafts accommodate a variety of spool sizes, and quick-change mandrels allow a wide variety of cable sizes to be wound in REELEX.

Quick-release mandrels allow users to change mandrel sizes in less than a minute. Bolt-on spindle shafts allow various spindle diameters to be used for different product types.
Remove the mandrel spindle shaft and replace with a custom-made shaft accommodating your reel dimensions. Set the traverse width and center via touchscreen and save to a recipe for later use.
In unison with a REELEX-built motorized payoff and buffer/dancer, a S320e line will run up to 400 feet (122m) per minute. At this rate, the S320e will produce up to 20 packages (1,000 ft (305m) length) in an hour depending on operator skill.
