Safe

The DHS can be safely operated by both novice and experienced operators, and is equipped with unique safety doors that automatically isolate the rotating spooler shaft from the operator. The machine also features an ISO-standard safety design, a physical safety cage, interlocks, a safety PLC, and the latest safety devices.

Easy

The high-definition touchscreen HMI allows the operator to set up the machine via a recipe-based product selection screen. Visual feedback shows switch and valve positions for easy troubleshooting. The machine can also be networked for analysis and to integrate with other components.

Fast

Automatic cut and transfer between spindles allows the machine to operate at high speeds at the end of a jacketing line or rewinding. Equipped with a buffer, standard or custom spooler shaft kit, and adjustable wire guide, the DHS is designed to handle high-performance cabling products such as Cat-6A and fiber optic cables, as well as building wire.
