Usage Fee Summary
The following is a summary of usage fees for REELEX Licensees for 2026. Usage fees are adjusted annually on January 1st based upon the United States CPI-U Inflation Index.
The current License Agreement allows for a Variable Usage Fee rate based upon feet (meters) of product run through a REELEX coiling machine (excluding G1 machines).
Variable usage fees are:
- Billed per thousand feet (kft) of product reported
- 1,000ft. = 304.8M
- Billed Monthly
- Billed In Arrears
- With new machines or retrofits, production footage can be reported automatically for billing purposes
- For older machines consult Reelex for your options.
In the event monthly production is unreported within 5 days of the end of the month, REELEX will invoice missing report fee for each machine for the month at the current Variable Usage Fee rate per thousand feet (kft). When reporting is received, the invoice will be adjusted via credit memo to account for the difference.
